Sorry, if a terrorist from Utha is shot down in Kansas nobody is discussing open borders in the states!? If you discuss, why a 4 years prisoner from Sizilia can become a refugy in Germany, than you get to the point. The Problem of a lawful society is, that you cannot shoot some "endangerer" before he committed a crime. This mafia-guy showed more of camorra behaviour than islamistic signs. I like Sir Popper: nothing is proven as long as you can not doubt it anymore..
